About us
Buda Juniors is an English-language, multi-national football club in Budapest, Hungary for children aged 4 to 19 years old. Run by Janos Banfi, a former Hungarian national team captain with 14 years experience of playing professional football and qualified with the UEFA coaching license, we play at Csilleberc in the Buda hills of the 12th district.

Players: Simon, Arthur, Sotaro, Cole, Luis, Kevin, Miguel, Nils
1st match: Good performance. Moved ball well, defended and attacked as a team. Fell asleep a few times, but overall great opener and performances all around.
2nd match: 0-1 with 4 mins left. Ended up 0-5. Lost our heads. Opposition was well organized and played with intensity.
3rd match: Walk in the park. Arthur and Cole dictated the play!! Two good assists from Miguel to Kevin (both goals the same).
4th match: Great effort by the team. Unfortunately, defensive errors cost us the match. Miguel hit the crossbar for the draw at the end. Up and down football!!!
Overall a great inaugural match day for the 2005s! They might be disappointed with some mistakes, but the fighting spirit "garra" was always alive within. We'll come back next time to make it 4 out of 4!

Only two official matches this cold winter Saturday. Two teams failed to show up.
After a warm up friendly, we comfortably beat Labatlan 2-0 in a good tempo match. Throughout the entire match there was talking and movement, we just failed to put the game to rest!
Our second match we lost 1-2 in another intense game. There were spells where we relaxed too much when they had the ball... that cost us both goals. Nevertheless, we had more than enough chances to draw and win the match!
Great performance all around!
